Clifftop Bar
Arctic thyme one of the few herbs that grow wild in our islands, and we think it works perfectly with walnuts and smooth milk chocolate. We've made a layer of milk chocolate walnut gianduja, wrapped in smooth milk chocolate with thyme caramelised walnuts sprinkled on the back of the bar.
A surprising combination that just works.
We made this bar after a bracing walk at the beach, where we discovered we were having our picnic whilst sitting on a small tuft arctic thyme.
