Orca Bar product information & ingredients

We have two tiny kitchens and - currently - can't guarantee that our products are completely free of cross contamination of ingredients.  So any of our chocolates may contain allergens.

There are five main allergens in our kitchens: Milk and other dairy products, Nuts - mainly hazelnuts, almonds, and walnuts, Soya - traces of which may be found in the emulsilfier: Soya lecithin used in our chocolate, Gluten - mainly from oats, but occasionally wheat and Sulphur Dioxide - occasionally in dried fruit and in some fruit-based alcohol. Allergens are shown in bold

Orca Bar ingredients: Dark chocolate (54% cocoa): Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, Soya lecitihin, natural vanilla flavouring, White chocolate (30% cocoa): Sugar, cocoa butter (cocoa solids 30%), whole Milk powder, vanilla extract, Cream, Butter, invert sugar, peppermint oil, cocoa butter, E102, E129, E132, E171.
