When we launched this at a local craft fair and this bar was a total hit - even with people who said they didn't like rum & raisin!
We've made a rum ganache with a Caribe single-origin milk chocolate and J Gow. Spiced Rum from Orkney then added quality rum-soaked large plump Lexia raisins. All in the same single-origin Caribe milk-chocolate bar. We hope you'll love it as much as everyone here.
