Glasgow Roastery truffle using Thomson's rich St Vincent roast. This is definitely an espresso truffle which packs a punch with a beautifully clean taste. Two of these in this selection.

Strawberry and Orkney Rosehip vinegar praline; dark, fruity, tangy and slightly floral.

Raspberry praline with a sumptuous dark raspberry ganache and a dot of raspberry gelé. Two of these in this selection.
